Who are we?

 

We are a long established promotional marketing business – now over 25 years… You will be dealing with a small dedicated group who will track your order and update you from start to finish. You will not be talking to a large organisation where often your requirements lose focus… We pride ourselves on effective and personal service… We have lots of experience and we know what works; we care about you using the right products for your promotion, we help you with your design and artwork – and we make sure that your order is delivered on time!

We try and test as many products as we can so that we can give our customers an informed and true opinion – being honest about products is important as photos don’t always adequately reflect size and quality!

We pride ourselves in introducing new ideas to the promotional market – such as the customised pashmina in organza bag which we first created for Ascot Racecourse. Another example - the oyster card wallet with mirror inside, first created for the Lipstick Jungle campaign.

The Team

Pat Smith (Director) has ten years experience at ID Promotional Services. She has a Masters degree in Economics, and previous experience working in stockbroking and investment management.
Wendy Jackson has a background in sales, business planning, retail buying, guest services and merchandising. She is also active doing voluntary work especially fund raising and event planning.
